Senior Design

Poster Competition

The Capstone Design Poster Competition is usually held toward the end of April. Students from Biomedical, Chemical, Computer, Computer Science, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering participate in this event, and more than 60 posters are usually presented.

Students from the Electrical Engineering Department created 15 posters, including posters from its Fort Smith branch.

These posters are the result of a year-long project undertaken by engineering students in their senior year and represent the practical and applicable engineering skills developed by students throughout their undergraduate career. Many of these projects are sponsored and advised by industry leaders.

If you are interested in learning more about the Integrated Design Experience for Undergraduate Students and how you can get involved, contact Robert Saunders. If you would like to gift a donation to this program, which gives our undergraduates valuable industry experience and professional skills, you can find out how to do that here.
