NASA Administrator Visit Electrical Engineering Students and Faculty
Electrical engineering students and faculty had a chance to meet with NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine during his November visit at the University of Arkansas campus. He met with researchers, toured laboratories and visited the Department of Electrical Engineering senior design students to share the latest news from NASA.
During the visit, Bridenstine spoke about NASA’s future plans for returning to the moon, exploring Mars and how today’s students can play a role in the agency’s future.
The Department of Electrical Engineering is currently working on several NASA projects, including a project to develop an all-electric aircraft. Our alumni are also advancing the agency’s mission – don’t miss this story about Emmanuel Decrossas’ work at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
