What should I do if I am having technical difficulties related to the ELEG Department?

Contact eleghelp@uark.edu. E-mail is the best means to relay any request for help as it is monitored by multiple technicians and since the request is in an e-mail it is traceable and much less likely to slip anyone’s mind.

 

Does the University provide anti-virus software for use with my home computer?

How can I check my exchange e-mail account when I am Off Campus?

Faculty and Staff Navigate to https://exchange.uark.edu.
Students Navigate to http://email.uark.edu

 

Is there any means of accessing ELEG software remotely so I can do my homework at home?

Yes. There are two application servers maintained by the ELEG department for this reason. Tesla is the Linux Application Server. Toby and Toby2 are Windows Application Servers and as long as you are affiliated with the ELEG Department you already have access.
